Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We deliver to Switzerland, all 27 EU countries, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Andorra and San Marino. Accessories delivered to Switzerland: an estimated 3–5 business days, including preparation. For other destinations or the wall-mounted cat set, contact us before ordering to confirm the estimated delivery time.
Delivery and timingHow much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free in Switzerland. For supported European destinations: CHF 15 for accessories, or CHF 15 for the wall-mounted cat set ordered on its own. These charges are added together if your basket contains both the wall-mounted cat set and other accessories. The total is shown before payment.
How do I choose the right size or set?
Compare your pet’s measurements with the guide on the product page and check what your selected option includes. An M or L size can vary between models. If you are unsure, send us your measurements and the product name.

In Switzerland, request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused, complete items in good condition. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by the customer. Applicable EU statutory rights remain unaffected.
